Adressing the root cause of gut-related symptoms through gut-healing food

As-salamu alaykum and welcome!

I'm dietitian umm Meryem.

My mission? Helping families address the real cause of their complaints, so they can feel healthy, energetic, and balanced again.

Did you know that many health issues, such as fatigue, skin problems or allergies originate in the gut? Unfortunately, the root of these problems is often overlooked or only treated superficially.

Addressing the root cause is my main focus. No temporary solutions, but lasting healing. Together we'll work towards a healthier body and a life free of recurring complaints in shaa Allaah!

Do you recognize this?

You suffer from symptoms such as:

  • Fatigue and low energy,
  • Eczema or other skin problems,
  • Hormones that are out of balance,
  • Brain fog (a cloudy head) or difficulty concentrating,
  • Behavioral problems in children, such as ADHD or irritability,
  • Food intolerances or a picky eater at home.

Know that you are in the right place.

Many of these complaints have a common cause: an impaired gut health.

Perhaps you've already visited an (alternative) doctor and were prescribed only a cream, expensive supplements or powders, without lasting results.

Perhaps you received superficial dietary advice, such as 'avoid gluten and lactose' or 'cut out sugar.' The standard routine that doesn't actually address the root cause.

Perhaps you've already tried various things but don't know what truly works. You know sugar is bad for you and nowadays everyone knows sunflower oil is not a good choice. But what is truly healing for your gut? Can you eat quinoa or is it better to avoid it? What about nuts? And so you keep experimenting, without really knowing what your body truly needs.

If this sounds familiar, read the blog below.

What I can do for you:

With my guidance, you will learn:

How to adjust your nutrition to support your gut,

How to tackle the underlying cause of your symptoms,

How to achieve more energy, balance, and well-being – for you and your family.

My approach is simple, practical and sustainable. No complicated diets or temporary solutions. No expensive supplements or tests, because in my view, they don't address the root cause.

Testimonials from the sisters

"After following the protocol, alhamdulillah, my life has changed. Every day I wake up without pain and feel so fit in the morning! I have more energy throughout the day and, of course, feel much better overall. I highly recommend this protocol to everyone. I'm so happy and grateful that I can now do my household tasks pain-free and wake up pain-free alhamdulillah."

"Autism: What we’ve achieved after the program: Our daughter no longer has temper tantrums, listens very well, is no longer rebellious, no more constipation, reads very well, has made great progress with automating and memorizing, has become more socially skilled, makes good eye contact and is finally doing very well at school (after almost 4 years)."

"In just 3 months, I went from a sugar addiction to no longer craving sugar or unhealthy food. I got my period back after almost 2 years, as someone with obesity I've lost 12 kilos alhamdulillah, and the eczema on my hands has completely disappeared. Now, 7 months later, I’ve had 5 cycles as someone with PCOS!"

"I followed the diet together with my daughter, although it was less strict for her. My life has changed immensely. I was chronically tired, had brain fog, concentration issues, and felt sleepy. I dragged myself through the day and had no joy in it. Most of my complaints have (mostly) disappeared. As a woman and mother, I can now perform my tasks better and with more joy. I feel clear-headed, and my productivity has increased, which benefits me in gaining knowledge and in my ibaadah."
